Construction

| The periphery of the spline incorporates circular arc grooves the shape of which corresponds to the diameter of the ball. When the spline shaft transmits a torque to the bearing, the balls share the load equally at three positions, according to the direction of the load.
When the spline moves in a linear direction relative to the bearing, the loaded balls travel along the circular arc grooves to the end of the bearing where they are picked up by a return cap and retainer, then returned to the groove on the opposite side of the bearing. |

| Zero Angular Backlash The spline maintains precise axial positioning accuracy even under preloaded conditions. High Speed Linear and Rotary Motion Compact Design and Easy Installation |
High Load Capacity The circular arc groove correspond exactly to the radius of the balls and as balls are angular contacted with the track surface at 45° contact angle against normal direction of spline center, it ensures high load carrying capacity. Power Saving
