TSUBAKI High Load Capacity Ball Screws HN Series
The hydraulic cylinder mechanism was the major system used in traditional heavy load equipment. Recent improvements in electric mechanisms require the use of high load capacity ball screws due to recent demands for a cleaner environment, down sizing of equipment, and higher speed and precision.

High load capacity ball screws have 2 to 3 times the load capacity of conventional ball screws that are currently available.

Various sizes are available. Please contact Tsubaki about other size.

Accuracy
C5 and C7 lead accuracy is currently available.

Axial Clearance
Tsubaki’s standard axial clearance is Max 0.05 mm.

 Option
Retainers can be applied as option.

Application
Injection Molding Machine, Rolling Machine, Forging Machine, Electric Cylinder, Ball Screw Jack and other various applications.

Caution
It is recommended that you use the same direction of compression or pretension load to both the screw shaft and nut when a heavy load is applied.
