| Ultra Heavy Duty Ball Screws To increase the load capacity of ball screws, the numbers of effective balls has to be increased. This also increases the friction between each contacting ball. Due to this situation the number of balls per each circuit has to be limited and the number of circuits applied to the ball nut must be increased. Tsubakis newly developed ultra heavy duty ball screw with retainer can eliminate friction and increase the number of effective balls by implementing a new re-circulation system. This will increase load capacity and is also suitable for oscillation movement.

| Heavy load can be applied.
Load capacity is max. 2 times that of standard high load capacity ball screws. Stiffness is max 1.5 times the stiffness of a standard ball screws. UHD series ball screws can be made suitable for any oscillation movement by using retainers. |
Length of the nut can be reduced, if the required capacity is the same.
